Roles & Responsibilities:
• Conduct neurological and orthopedic physiotherapy assessments for patients
• Develop personalized treatment plans and monitor patient progress
• Adjust interventions based on patient response and clinical outcomes
• Maintain accurate patient records and reports
• Conduct home visits for patient rehabilitation as required
• Attend marketing visits and liaise with patients and caregivers
• Be willing to travel between Pune, Vapi, and Mumbai as needed
• Communicate effectively with patients and staff to provide excellent care
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy (BPT) from an accredited institution
• Valid registration with the Indian Association of Physiotherapists (IAP) and OTPT registration of Maharashtra
• Strong knowledge of physiotherapy principles, techniques, and best practices
Experience:
• 0 – 2 years of relevant physiotherapy experience, preferably in neurological and orthopedic rehabilitation
Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong patient counseling and motivational skills
• Ability to adapt to change and work independently
• Hardworking, committed, and motivated with strong problem-solving abilities
Education:
UG: Bachelor of Physiotherapy in Any Specialization
