Roles & Responsibilities
• Promote Clove brand values at all times
• Travel to scheduled camp locations and strictly follow camp schedules
• Build rapport with patients and reinforce Clove core values
• Educate patients on the importance of dental health and raise awareness of dental issues and risk factors
• Emphasize the urgency of addressing dental problems
• Schedule immediate appointments from the camp for patients and direct them to the nearest Clove Dental Clinic
• Report to the Zonal Clinic Head and mark attendance at the nearest clinic daily
• Follow biomedical waste management practices
Qualifications & Requirements
• Proficient in MS Office and able to navigate multiple platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Mandatory proficiency in local language and English; knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus
• Strong customer service skills and ability to resolve patient concerns
• Demonstrate soft skills to enhance the patient experience
