Roles & Responsibilities

BQM (Bioanalytical Quality Management – QC)
• Review chromatograms, calibration curves, QC samples, and analytical reports
• Review BMV, partial validation, and cross-validation documents
• Ensure compliance with GLP, GCP, US FDA, EMA, and CDSCO guidelines
• Verify ALCOA+ data integrity and raw data traceability
• Review SOPs, protocols, and study plans

Custodian (Sample & Material Management)
• Receive, label, log, store, and retrieve biological samples
• Manage reference standards and analytical columns
• Monitor deep freezers, refrigerators, and cold rooms
• Maintain chain-of-custody and inventory records
• Ensure compliance with biohazard and chemical waste regulations

LIMS Operator
• Create projects, studies, and master assays in LIMS
• Design study workflows as per approved protocols
• Generate worklists, analytical sequences, and reports
• Perform regression analysis, raw data generation, and reassay reports
• Generate barcode labels for clinical studies

Document Controller
• Issue, control, and reconcile SOPs and controlled formats
• Maintain archival of raw data, calibration, and maintenance records
• Manage document revisions and obsolescence
• Coordinate with QA/QAD for document control activities

Qualification

UG:
• B.Sc (Chemistry / Medical Lab Technology)
• B.Pharm
PG:
• M.Sc (Chemistry / Organic Chemistry / Biochemistry)
• M.Pharm

Experience
• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Basic exposure to laboratory, bioanalytical, or quality systems is an advantage

Skills
• Knowledge of bioanalytical laboratory processes
• Understanding of GLP, GCP, and regulatory requirements
• Strong documentation and data handling skills
• Familiarity with LIMS and laboratory instruments (preferred)
• Good communication, coordination, and attention to detail
