Roles & Responsibilities:
• Execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand customer base
• Onboard dentists across assigned territory, area, or city
• Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with dentists through regular engagement
• Provide exceptional service and support to partner dentists
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
• Conduct negotiations with dentists to secure profitable deals and contracts
• Address and manage objections related to products or services
• Drive business development initiatives in the B2B segment
Qualifications:
• Graduation in any stream
Experience:
• Minimum 2 years of relevant B2B sales experience
• Experience in aligners, dental products, medical devices, pharma, or healthcare preferred
Skills Required:
• Strong B2B sales and corporate sales experience
• Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills
• Business development and lead generation expertise
• Market analysis and relationship management skills
• Highly motivated, energetic, and target-driven mindset
