Role & Responsibilities:
• Perform dental examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Independently handle the dental clinic and manage consult doctors who visit the clinic
• Carry out dental procedures such as fillings, root canals, extractions, and crowns
• Manage patient digital records, X-rays, and photos
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive dental care
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure excellent patient care and treatment outcomes
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Mandatory Requirements:
Well-versed with rotary RCT on all teeth; completed courses in RCT and aesthetic procedures
Can handle tooth extractions fluently (firm and root stump; wisdom tooth not required)
Good communication skills and ability to persuade patients for treatment
Willingness to learn other dental procedures like dental 3D scanning, iTero scanner (training provided)
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry from a recognized institution
• 2+ years of experience
• Valid dental license to practice in India
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of dental procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
