Roles & Responsibilities:
• Independently examine, diagnose, and treat general dental conditions
• Perform routine and advanced dental procedures including RCTs, crown preparations, and composite fillings
• Communicate treatment plans clearly and confidently to patients
• Ensure high standards of patient care and comfort
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation
• Follow infection control protocols and clinic SOPs
• Build strong patient relationships through professional and empathetic care
Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from a recognized institution
• Valid State Dental Council registration (preferred)
Experience:
• Experience in RCT, crown preparation, and composite restorations required
• Ability to handle patients independently
Skills Required:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Clinical confidence and patient-handling ability
• Sound knowledge of general dentistry procedures
