Roles & Responsibilities
• Perform digital scans and conduct teeth alignment consultations
• Offer complete solutions related to oral hygiene products, teeth whitening, and related dental products
• Perform minor dental procedures such as scaling, fillings, OPG, etc.
• Assist orthodontists in aligner delivery and procedures at toothsi Retail Centres
• Handle individual patient appointments in emergency cases
• Manage day-to-day store/clinic operations
• Ensure achievement of sales and business objectives at the store level
• Handle patient cases and escalations confidently in a fast-paced environment
• Travel between multiple centres within the city as per operational requirements (covering dentist leave/week-offs)
• Maintain proper patient records, documentation, and follow-ups
• Adhere to clinical protocols, ethical standards, and company SOPs
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry (BDS) from a recognized institution
• Valid Dental Council registration
Experience
• Freshers or candidates with relevant clinical experience can apply
• Ability to self-learn and adapt quickly in an evolving clinical setup
Skills Required
• Strong communication and patient-handling skills
• Confidence in consultations and basic dental procedures
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Basic computer and digital scanning skills
• Energetic, self-driven, and problem-solving mindset
• Willingness to travel within the city as per business needs
