Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identify and resolve discrepancies in incomplete records.

Qualification:
• Graduate in Life Sciences, Pharma, Healthcare, or any related discipline.
Experience:
• 0–3 years of experience in data entry, customer operations, or healthcare analytics.
Skills:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Knowledge of US Healthcare domain preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Familiarity with ticketing tools or data entry systems is an advantage.
