• Prior experience in Aesthetics or Dermatology pharma segment preferred
• Strong negotiation and persuasive selling skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational abilities
• Business acumen with strategic decision-making capability
• Ability to build strong relationships with HCPs and senior hospital stakeholders
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and compliance orientation
• Analytical mindset with strong numerical and reporting skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams
