Role & Responsibilities
• Conduct patient consultations and develop personalized treatment plans
• Supervise aesthetic and laser procedures, ensuring optimal results
• Ensure medical compliance, including prescriptions and proper documentation
• Assist in supporting content creation for the clinic's marketing (e.g., reels, videos)
• Stay updated on the latest aesthetic trends and procedures
Qualification
• MBBS + MD (Dermatology) / DDVL / DNB (Dermatology) (preferred)
OR
• MBBS with certified training in Aesthetic Medicine / Cosmetology / Lasers
OR
• MBBS + Fellowship / Diploma in Aesthetic & Cosmetic Procedures
OR
• MD (General Medicine) with hands-on experience in Aesthetic / Cosmetology
Experience
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in aesthetic, skin, or laser procedures preferred
• Experience with acne, pigmentation, laser treatments, peels, PRP, and injectables is an advantage
Skills
• Strong communication and consultation skills
• Ability to perform and supervise aesthetic and laser treatments
• Attention to detail for medical documentation and patient care
• Knowledge of aesthetic procedures and medical compliance
