YouTube ExecutiveManager. (Healthcare EdTech Content & Growth Role)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a YouTube Executive who understands how YouTube really works-not just uploading videos, but growing channels, cracking algorithms, and building impact at scale.
This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes YouTube content, analytics, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow YouTube channels end-to-end

Understand and work with the YouTube algorithm

Research and curate viral, trend-driven video topics

Write high-CTR titles, descriptions, and tags

Create or coordinate engaging thumbnails

Perform keyword research relevant to each video

Handle YouTube Live streaming (setup, execution, coordination)

Support video recording workflows and creator coordination

Track performance and suggest content improvements

Preferred (Big Plus):
Experience working with a large creator, YouTuber, or education brand
OR running your own YouTube channel (any niche)

For Strong understanding of YouTube growth & content strategy

Hands-on mindset - execution > theory

Attention to detail and ownership of tasks

Ability to work independently without constant reminders

Interest in education, healthcare, or knowledge content


Eligibility:

Any Bachelor’s degree (experience matters more than degree)

0–5 years of relevant experience
