Warehouse Operations Executive

Roles & Responsibilities
• Ensure compliant dispensing, storage, and handling of medicines as per regulatory guidelines
• Adhere to the Drugs and Cosmetics Act and applicable pharmacy regulations
• Verify prescriptions, batch numbers, expiry dates, and documentation accuracy
• Maintain pharmacy licenses, statutory registers, and audit records
• Ensure cold-chain compliance for temperature-sensitive products
• Monitor near-expiry, damaged, and non-saleable stock
• Manage inward, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch operations
• Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/WMS systems
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliation activities
• Track GRN, batch numbers, expiry dates, and serial numbers
• Optimize warehouse layout for operational efficiency
• Coordinate with logistics partners for timely dispatch and delivery
• Ensure accurate order processing and fulfillment
• Handle reverse logistics, returns, and replacements efficiently
• Minimize order errors and resolve operational escalations
• Coordinate with procurement and customer support teams
• Implement and follow warehouse SOPs
• Support audits, inspections, and compliance checks
• Identify process gaps and recommend operational improvements

Qualification
• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or relevant field (preferred)
• 1–5 years of experience in Pharmacy Operations, Warehouse Operations, or Inventory Management

Experience
• Experience in healthcare supply chain (preferred)
• Familiarity with cold-chain logistics (advantage)
• Hands-on experience with ERP/WMS systems
• Experience managing regulatory documentation and stock accuracy

Skills
• Strong attention to detail and high inventory accuracy
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and process improvement mindset
