About the Role
Role & Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive, patient-centred general practice services in a community setting
• Manage acute presentations, chronic disease, preventive care, and health assessments
• Deliver consistent, high-quality care with strong patient continuity
• Work collaboratively with experienced nurses, practice managers, and admin teams
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation using Best Practice software
• Contribute to safe, ethical, and evidence-based medical practice
Qualification
• Fellowship with RACGP and/or ACRRM
• Current and unrestricted AHPRA registration
Experience
• Open to experienced VR GPs and recently fellowed GPs
• Ability to manage 4–6 patients per hour in a busy practice environment
Skills
• Strong clinical decision-making and patient communication skills
• Ability to work independently with excellent team collaboration
• Adaptability to different practice locations and patient demographics
• Commitment to quality care and professional standards
