UAT Testing & Execution

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Write UAT scenarios, test scripts, and test plans as per client and project guidelines
• Set up UAT databases and conduct dry runs prior to execution
• Coordinate UAT execution, track issues, and ensure timely resolution
• Support study go-live activities and validation processes
• Review Client Data Transfer Specifications and author Cenduit Data Transfer Specifications (DTS)
• Complete PM-related parameter checklists and validation documentation sign-off
• Manage System Change Requests (SCR) and lead issue escalation activities
• Develop study data reports for internal project and operational use
• Coordinate translation activities including text ID creation, packaging, and upload
• Support SOP writing, process improvement initiatives, and training material development
• Deliver training sessions for project support staff and ensure compliance with SOPs and timelines

Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, IT, or related field

Experience:
• 1–2 years of experience in UAT testing, Business Analysis, or clinical systems
• Experience working with EDC or IVRS systems preferred
• Exposure to clinical drug development or healthcare software projects preferred

Skills:
• Knowledge of UAT processes, clinical trial systems, and validation workflows
• Familiarity with SQL, Crystal Reports, or Business Objects is an advantage
• Strong documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and stakeholder coordination abilities
• Strong attention to quality, compliance, and detail
• Customer-focused mindset with ability to manage multiple deliverables
