TS Resident Dentist

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Attend walk-in patients and conduct detailed history-taking and clinical examination
• Perform preliminary oral examinations and assess overall oral health status
• Identify immediate and long-term dental treatment needs
• Explain diagnosis and treatment options clearly in a patient-friendly manner
• Propose appropriate treatment plans aligned with clinical findings
• Convert walk-in consultations into approved treatment plans ethically
• Address patient concerns regarding procedures, timelines, and cost
• Coordinate with specialists including Endodontists, Periodontists, and Prosthodontists
• Ensure smooth handover of finalized treatment plans to the clinical team
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with internal protocols
• Work towards achieving conversion percentage, revenue, and patient satisfaction targets

Qualification:
• BDS / MDS

Experience:
• Relevant clinical experience with strong exposure to patient consultations and treatment planning
• Experience in high walk-in clinics preferred

Skills:
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to convert consultations into treatment plans ethically
• Knowledge of documentation and compliance standards
• Patient relationship management skills
