Job Description

APDM Pharmaceuticals is seeking fresh graduates for the position of Trainee – Warehouse. The selected candidate will assist in day-to-day warehouse activities including material receipt, storage, issuance, stock verification, and documentation.
This entry-level role offers structured learning in pharmaceutical warehouse systems, GMP compliance, and inventory control practices. The trainee will work closely with Warehouse, QA, and Production teams to ensure smooth material flow within the facility.

Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving and verifying incoming materials
• Support proper storage and segregation of Raw Materials, Packing Materials, and Finished Goods
• Maintain material status labeling as per QA approval
• Help in issuing materials to Production as per approved procedures
• Update stock records and maintain inventory accuracy
• Participate in periodic stock verification and reconciliation
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and compliance standards
• Support documentation activities including GRN and material registers
• Ensure compliance with FIFO / FEFO principles
• Coordinate with QA for material sampling and release

Required Qualifications

• Fresher candidates are eligible
• Basic understanding of warehouse or inventory systems preferred
• Willingness to learn GMP and pharmaceutical warehouse practices
• Good organizational and documentation skills

Educational Requirements

• B.Sc / M.Sc
• B.Pharm / M.Pharm
