About the Role
Role & Responsibilities
• Perform In Vitro assays to test drug stability in the presence of liver enzymes and blood protein binding.
• Identify drug metabolites using techniques like LC-MS/MS (Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry).
• Conduct permeability studies using Caco-2 cell lines to predict drug absorption through the gut.
• Assist in animal studies (In Vivo) by administering doses and collecting blood/tissue samples.
• Help in PK/PD modeling to correlate drug concentration with biological effects.
• Screen for off-target effects, such as impacts on heart rhythm or the central nervous system.
• Follow global regulatory standards (FDA, EMA, PMDA) and adhere to GLP and ICH guidelines.
Qualification
• M.Pharm in Pharmacology.
Experience
• Freshers (no prior experience required).
