Trainee (Pharma R&D & Manufacturing)

Roles & Responsibilities
• Assist in Research & Development (R&D) projects related to Transdermal Drug Delivery Systems (TDDS)
• Learn formulation and manufacturing processes of transdermal medicated patches
• Support Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) activities
• Maintain documentation as per GMP and regulatory standards
• Participate in routine operational and technical assignments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand pharmaceutical workflows
• Support process monitoring and product development activities

Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy / Pharmaceutical Sciences / Biotechnology or related field

Experience
• Fresher
• Knowledge of Transdermal Drug Delivery Systems (TDDS) preferred but not mandatory

Skills
• Basic understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes
• Awareness of quality control standards and research methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good documentation practices
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
