Trainee Officer - R&D Analytical

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Perform HPLC/UPLC method development and validation for Assay & Related Substances
• Develop dissolution methods for injectable and complex formulations
• Conduct routine analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products
• Operate instruments such as HPLC, UPLC, GC, UV, FTIR, KF, GPC, Particle Size Analyzer, Rheometer
• Perform dissolution profiling, blend & content uniformity, osmolality, viscosity, and particle size testing
• Conduct drug–excipient compatibility and Q1/Q2 reverse engineering studies
• Carry out wet chemistry tests (titrations, LOD, pH, moisture, solubility, etc.)
• Maintain GLP-compliant documentation as per SOPs and regulatory guidelines

Qualification:
• Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharma)
• Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharma)
• MS / M.Sc (Science – Analytical Chemistry or related field)

Experience:
• 0 – 1 year (Freshers preferred)
• Internship or project exposure in analytical R&D desirable

Skills:
• Strong foundation in analytical chemistry and instrumentation
• Basic understanding of ICH guidelines
• Good documentation and data interpretation skills
• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced R&D environment
