About the Role
Roles & Responsibilities
• Review and analyze patient medical records and clinical documentation
• Assign accurate ICD and CPT codes for Home Health services
• Ensure compliance with US healthcare coding guidelines and documentation standards
• Maintain coding accuracy and productivity benchmarks
• Follow regulatory and payer-specific coding requirements
• Support revenue cycle management (RCM) processes
• Ensure confidentiality and data security in handling patient information
Qualification
• Bachelor of Pharmacy
• Graduate in Life Sciences / Paramedical / Paramedic streams
Experience
• Freshers can apply
• Prior exposure to medical coding (if any) will be an added advantage
Skills
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
• Analytical and attention-to-detail skills
• Willingness to learn US healthcare coding standards
• Good communication and comprehension skills
• Ability to meet productivity and quality benchmarks
Training & Certification Details
• 65 Days Offline Training (No stipend during training period)
• Onboarding into job role after clearing internal assessments
• BCHH Certification sponsored (Approx. worth ₹50,000)
• Performance-based confirmation hike after 6 months
