Trainee Clinical Research Coordinator

Roles & Responsibilities
• Assist in coordinating clinical trials in accordance with study protocols and GCP guidelines
• Support investigators and clinical study teams in day-to-day trial activities
• Maintain and update clinical trial documentation, regulatory files, and study records
• Assist in patient screening, enrollment, informed consent, and follow-up visits
• Support accurate data collection and entry into clinical databases
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with sponsors, monitors, and site staff as required

Qualification
• Graduate degree in Life Sciences / Pharmacy / Biotechnology / Microbiology / Biochemistry / Clinical Research or related disciplines

Experience
• Freshers and early-career candidates are eligible
• Prior internship or exposure to clinical research is an added advantage

Skills
• Basic understanding of clinical research and GCP principles
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong documentation and organizational skills
• Knowledge of Kannada language is mandatory
• Willingness to undergo structured training and learn clinical operations
