About the Role
Roles & Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality telehealth consultations to patients across metropolitan, regional, and remote areas of Australia
• Deliver safe, patient-centred virtual care using phone and video consultations
• Conduct clinical assessments in line with strong clinical governance and safety standards
• Utilise digital health platforms and integrated technology tools for consultation and documentation
• Collaborate with internal technology and support teams to ensure seamless patient experience
• Maintain accurate, compliant, and timely clinical records
• Uphold the mission of “no patient left behind” by ensuring consistent care quality across all locations
• Participate in continuous improvement, feedback, and innovation in virtual healthcare delivery
Qualification
• Registered medical practitioner with current AHPRA registration
Experience
• Experience in general practice, primary care, or telehealth preferred
• Ability to manage independent virtual consultations confidently
Skills
• Strong clinical judgement with focus on patient safety and quality care
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable using digital platforms and telehealth technologies
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment
• Adaptability and openness to new healthcare technologies
