Job Description
The Team Leader – Occupational Rehabilitation is responsible for leading and coaching a team of rehabilitation consultants, overseeing team performance and service quality, mentoring and training staff, and maintaining expertise in case management practices. Responsibilities
• Lead, coach and support a team of rehabilitation consultants to deliver high-quality occupational rehabilitation services.

• Provide specialist advice and coaching on rehabilitation case management.
• Maintain a reduced specialist caseload to ensure clinical best practice.

Required Qualification
Candidates must bring relevant allied health qualifications and professional registration suitable for leadership and clinical oversight in occupational rehabilitation.
Educational Requirement
• Qualification and full professional registration in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Social Work or Rehabilitation Counselling.
• Professional accreditation with bodies such as AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC or AASW is preferred.
• Current vehicle and valid driver’s licence (ability to travel for work)

• Experience in the occupational rehabilitation industry or allied health is highly regarded.
