TA/Sr. TA Executive (Production)

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Manage production operations in compression, coating, and capsule filling.
• Ensure smooth execution of manufacturing activities as per SOPs.
• Coordinate with teams to achieve daily production targets.
• Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with GMP regulations.
• Monitor equipment performance and report issues for timely resolution.
• Maintain production records and documentation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in production processes.

Qualification:
• Diploma / B.Sc / ITI / B.Pharmacy

Experience:
• 3–8 years of relevant experience in production operations.

Skills:
• Knowledge of compression, coating, and capsule filling processes.
• Understanding of GMP and production documentation.
• Strong coordination and team management skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
