Supply Planner - US Market (Plant Role)

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Plan and manage supply for US market products from the plant
• Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely product availability
• Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock across the supply chain
• Analyze supply-demand gaps and propose corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards in supply planning
• Support reporting and documentation of supply planning metrics

Qualification:
• M.Pharm / B.Pharm / B.Tech

Experience:
• 5–8 years in pharmaceutical supply planning or related roles

Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of supply chain and production planning processes
• Proficiency in ERP and planning software
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple priorities
