Strength and Conditioning Coach

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Design and implement personalized strength and conditioning programs
• Focus on athletic performance enhancement, injury prevention, and overall fitness
• Conduct physical assessments and monitor client progress regularly
• Modify training programs based on individual goals, recovery, and performance outcomes
• Work closely with physiotherapists, nutritionists, and healthcare professionals
• Guide clients through safe and effective strength training techniques
• Support rehabilitation, recovery, and long-term wellness plans
• Maintain accurate training records and performance documentation
• Motivate clients and ensure a high-quality coaching experience

QUALIFICATION:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sports Science, Kinesiology, or a related field
• Relevant certifications in Strength & Conditioning (CSCS, NSCA, or equivalent preferred)

EXPERIENCE:
• Hands-on experience in strength training and conditioning coaching
• Experience working with athletes or fitness-focused clients preferred
• Exposure to injury prevention and recovery-based training programs

SKILLS:
• Strong knowledge of sports science and physiological principles
• Expertise in athletic performance training and conditioning techniques
• Ability to design safe, effective, and goal-oriented training programs
• Excellent communication and motivational skills
• Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach
• Passion for health, fitness, and holistic well-being
