Strength and Conditioning Coach
About the Role
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to evaluate fitness levels, movement patterns, and health status.
• Design and implement individualized strength and conditioning programs tailored to athletes and general population clients.
• Develop sport-specific training programs based on individual needs and performance goals.
• Monitor progress through objective performance measures and client feedback.
• Track improvements and modify training programs accordingly.
• Communicate effectively with clients to set realistic expectations and support goal achievement.
• Promote overall health, fitness, and performance enhancement across different age groups and fitness levels.
Qualification:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Sports & Exercise Science / Sports Science
OR
• ASCA Level 1 or above / CSCS / UKSCA Accredited Coach / Diploma or Certificate in Fitness Training from a recognized institution.
Experience:
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Strength and Conditioning Coach or Personal Trainer.
Skills:
• Strong knowledge of strength training principles and sport-specific conditioning.
• Ability to assess movement patterns and design corrective programs.
• Good communication and client engagement skills.
• Performance monitoring and data-driven training approach.
• Ability to work with athletes of various age groups and recreational fitness clients.
