Strength and Conditioning Coach
About the Role
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-person fitness assessments to evaluate clients’ movement patterns, fitness levels, and goals
• Design and implement customized strength and conditioning programs for individuals and groups
• Provide hands-on coaching, corrections, and motivation to enhance performance and prevent injuries
• Collaborate with coaches, physiotherapists, and nutritionists to deliver holistic fitness solutions
• Maintain gym equipment and ensure a safe training environment
• Coach both in-studio and remote clients effectively
Qualifications:
• Certification in Strength & Conditioning (NSCA-CSCS, NASM-PES, ISSA, ACE, K11, or equivalent)
• Degree in Exercise Science, Sports Performance, Kinesiology, or related field preferred
Experience:
• Minimum 1–3 years as a Strength and Conditioning Coach or Personal Trainer
Skills :
• Strong communication and coaching abilities
• Knowledge of performance training, fitness, and rehabilitation exercises
• Tech-savvy with familiarity in MS Office and Google Suite
• Ability to take and provide constructive feedback
• Passion for fitness, continuous learning, and client success
Working Hours:
• 8 hours per day with break shift / flexible schedule
