Staff Nurse(Male)

Role & Responsibilities
• Coordinate patient admissions and discharges for IPD and OPD services
• Assess patient needs and implement nursing interventions to support recovery
• Perform nursing procedures including vital signs monitoring, intake–output charting, and behavioural observations
• Administer IV fluids, medications, tube feeding, enemas, suctioning care, and assist in CPR
• Collect specimens, perform ECGs, and assist with blood transfusions
• Assist doctors during diagnostic procedures, treatments, and therapies
• Conduct routine investigations and report abnormal findings promptly
• Ensure proper functioning of medical equipment and maintain patient confidentiality
• Follow aseptic techniques and strict infection control measures
• Participate in clinical teaching, in-service training, and continuous learning programs
• Supervise and guide junior nurses and GDA staff
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the In-charge or Head of Department

Qualification
• GNM or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSc Nursing)

Experience
• Minimum 1+ year of relevant nursing experience
• Experience in inpatient or hospital-based nursing preferred

Skills
• Strong clinical and technical nursing skills
• Good patient assessment and observation abilities
• Knowledge of infection control and safety protocols
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a structured, multidisciplinary healthcare environment
