About The Role & Responsibilities
• Provide direct patient care and nursing support in hospital and community health programs
• Monitor patient vitals, medication administration and clinical documentation
• Assist doctors in OPD, IPD, emergency and maternal–child health services
• Implement national health programs including NUHM, SNCU, NCD clinics and community outreach
• Ensure infection control practices and patient safety protocols
• Support health awareness, immunization and preventive healthcare activities
Eligibility
• ANM: 10+2 with ANM course from Govt recognized institute
• GNM / Staff Nurse: GNM Diploma from Govt recognized institute
• Must be registered with Jharkhand Nursing Council
Experience
• Freshers eligible
• Experience preferred for hospital and community healthcare setting

Salary
• ANM: ₹11,466 – ₹12,039 per month
• Staff Nurse: ₹15,015 – ₹18,900 per month
