Staff Nurse - Nursing

Role & Responsibilities
• Record medical history and symptoms of patients
• Administer medication and treatment as prescribed
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide optimal patient care
• Perform point of care tests and conduct nursing assessments
• Monitor patients' health and report changes in condition
• Provide support and education to patients and their families
• Maintain inventory of medical supplies and equipment
• Provide bedside care and operate medical equipment as required
• Attend regular in-service education programs to improve skills and knowledge

Qualifications
• Graduate with 1st division in 10th and 12th
• GNM Nursing, BSc Nursing, or MSc Nursing degree
• 3 months to 5 years of experience in the field of Nursing, especially in assessing health problems and providing care to patients

• Strong interpersonal relationship skills
• Effective listening and communication abilities
• Team building and coordination skills
• Ability to take initiative and provide moral and physical support to patients
• Proficiency in computer literacy and maintaining medical records
• Ability to manage inventory and ensure the smooth running of the department
