Staff Nurse

Role & Responsibilities
• Provide patient care in various departments (ICU, OT, NICU, PICU, WARD, ER)
• Monitor patients' vital signs and assist in patient positioning and safety checks
• Assist in medical procedures and provide post-operative care
• Maintain medical records and ensure accurate documentation of patient health
• Follow hospital protocols and ensure compliance with infection control standards
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care for patients

Qualifications
• GNM, BSc, PBSc, or MSc Nursing
• Registration with the appropriate nursing council is compulsory
• ICU or OT experience preferred

Skills
• Strong knowledge of ICU, OT, NICU, PICU, and general ward practices
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and handle emergencies effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in patient monitoring and care
