Job Description
The Staff Nurse will be responsible for assisting in clinical research activities, patient care, and study coordination. The role involves working closely with doctors and research teams to ensure proper execution of study protocols, patient monitoring, and accurate documentation in compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.

Responsibilities
• Determine eligibility of study participants based on protocol criteria
• Obtain written informed consent from participants
• Collect clinical data during enrollment and follow-up visits
• Assist doctors in clinical examinations and procedures
• Support sample collection, including placental samples post-delivery
• Conduct anthropometric assessments for mother and child (if required)
• Perform neurodevelopment assessments for children (0–2 years), including hearing and vision checks
• Maintain accurate clinical records and study documentation
• Ensure adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines
• Use electronic devices (laptops/tablets) for data entry and reporting

Required Qualifications

Educational Requirements:
• 12th pass with ANM / GNM qualification
• Registered Nurse with any State Nursing Council

Experience and Skills:
• Experience in clinical research (maternal & child health preferred)
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
• Skills in clinical data collection and patient handling
• Familiarity with anthropometry and clinical assessments
• Ability to assist in medical procedures and sample collection
• Comfortable using electronic devices for documentation
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Age Eligibility:
• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Maximum Age: 45 years
