Staff Nurse

Roles & Responsibilities
• Provide direct patient care in assigned specialty areas including Medical Surgical, ICU, ER, NICU, PICU, Maternity, Operating Room, PACU, Endoscopy, and Catheterization Lab
• Deliver nursing care in outpatient and specialty clinics including Women & Pediatrics, Breast Clinic, Obs & Gyne, Pediatric & Vaccination, Neurology, Cardiology, Dermatology, ENT, and others
• Assist in surgical and procedural areas including Surgery Clinic, Pre-Anesthesia, Interventional Radiology, Oncology/Chemotherapy, and Radiation Therapy
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and provide post-procedure care
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospital policies and safety protocols
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Provide patient and family education regarding treatment plans and recovery processes

Qualification
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSc Nursing)
• Valid nursing license
• DHA or NCLEX passers preferred
• DataFlow verified candidates preferred

Experience
• 2–7 years of nursing experience
• Minimum 2+ years recent post-license hospital bedside experience in a 100-bed secondary or tertiary hospital (for inpatient roles)
• Minimum 2+ years hospital or community/private clinic experience (for outpatient roles)
• Less than 6 months work gap if currently unemployed
