Job Description

APDM Pharmaceuticals is seeking experienced professionals with 3 to 5 years of pharmaceutical warehouse experience. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing material receipt, storage, issuance, reconciliation, and dispatch activities in compliance with GMP guidelines.
The role requires strong knowledge of inventory systems, documentation control, and coordination with cross-functional departments. The candidate should be capable of independently handling warehouse operations and supervising staff as required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise receipt and verification of incoming materials
• Ensure proper storage conditions as per approved SOPs
• Maintain material segregation and status labeling

• Monitor inventory levels and conduct periodic stock reconciliation
• Prepare and review Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and dispatch documentation

• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety compliance
• Support internal audits and regulatory inspections
• Manage warehouse documentation and record retention

Required Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of pharmaceutical warehouse experience
• Strong understanding of GMP and GDP guidelines
• Experience in inventory reconciliation and stock control
• Knowledge of material handling and documentation systems
• Basic supervisory capability preferred

Educational Requirements

• B.Sc / M.Sc
• B.Pharm / M.Pharm
• Background in science or pharmacy preferred
