Sr. Officer / Executive - MSTG

Roles & Responsibilities
• Coordinate with Formulation Development (FDD), Analytical Development (ADD), Packaging Development (PDD), Production, Engineering, QC, QA, Supply Chain, Business Development, and Project Management teams for timely execution of new projects
• Plan, monitor, and support trial, exhibit, scale-up, characterization, and process qualification batches
• Prepare and review new product documentation including MRS, MFC, BOM, risk assessments, scale-up protocols, and reports
• Provide technical inputs, regulatory responses, and justifications for development and post-approval changes
• Initiate and track gate passes for sample transfer across Sun Pharma manufacturing and R&D sites
• Prepare and review new product launch documents such as BMRs, protocols, and product history records
• Share process and product knowledge through presentations to enable smooth technology transfer
• Review product history, process parameters, and manufacturing data for technical remediation and robustness improvement
• Prepare investigation reports, justification reports, and regulatory evaluations as required

Qualifications
• M.Pharm

Experience
• 2–5 years of experience in MSTG, formulation development, regulatory support, or related R&D functions

Skills
• Strong knowledge of oral solid dosage formulations
• Hands-on experience in documentation and regulatory support activities
• Ability to work cross-functionally with R&D, manufacturing, and quality teams
• Good understanding of scale-up, technology transfer, and process qualification
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
