About the Role

Roles & Responsibilities
• Manage and lead FSP clinical data management staff, including hiring, performance management, coaching, mentoring, and professional development
• Oversee workload distribution and global resource allocation for assigned teams
• Ensure all project deliverables are completed accurately, on time, and within budget
• Provide oversight, guidance, and coaching to portfolio teams to meet client expectations
• Ensure staff compliance with SOPs, regulatory guidelines, and documented procedures
• Support operational activities across studies and portfolios with strong quality focus
• Collaborate with leadership on training, process improvement, and implementation of CDM best practices
• Participate in development and rollout of data management processes, procedures, and training
• Act as a subject matter expert for data management processes within the FSP model

Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant academic or vocational qualification

Experience
• 12+ years of relevant clinical data management experience
• Minimum 5+ years in people leadership or managerial roles
• Strong hands-on experience working in the FSP business model

Skills
• Strong knowledge of ICH GCP, regulatory requirements, and client SOPs
• Expertise in clinical data management processes and study delivery
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to manage confidential clinical and proprietary data
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage global teams
• Strong planning, prioritisation, and timeline management skills
• Experience with modern CDM systems, EDC, and evolving technologies including AI-enabled workflows
