Roles & Responsibility
• Ensure regular coverage of assigned specialties to deliver scientific information on Haleon products and relevant disease conditions to healthcare professionals
• Drive prescriptions through ethical and scientific promotion of expert-detailed brands
• Customize pre-call and post-call planning based on individual HCP needs and practice behavior
• Analyze territory performance data and implement effective territory management strategies
• Build and maintain strong doctor and chemist profiles to support business growth
• Track, manage, and reconcile inventory of samples and promotional inputs on a monthly basis
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting as per organizational systems and processes
• Collaborate closely with GT teams and regional stakeholders to achieve overall business objectives
• Address HCP queries promptly or coordinate internal support for resolution
• Adhere strictly to compliance requirements, including adverse event reporting and company policies
Qualification
• Graduate in Science or Commerce
• B.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Pharm / M.Sc preferred
Experience
• 2 to 7 years of experience in pharmaceutical or FMCG sales
• Prior experience in prescription-based or healthcare sales preferred
