Sr. Exectuive - R&D Analytical (M.Pharm)

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Perform routine and non-routine analysis of finished products using HPLC, UV-VIS, and Dissolution techniques
• Design, execute, and interpret stability studies to evaluate shelf life and degradation pathways
• Conduct dissolution studies on solid dosage forms
• Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot analytical instruments and equipment
• Perform regular analysis and ensure accurate online documentation
• Develop and successfully transfer assay and dissolution methods
• Prepare Analytical Test Methods, COAs, and STPs
• Adhere to laboratory safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment

Qualification:
• Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm)

Experience:
• 3 – 6 years of experience in Analytical R&D

Skills:
• Strong hands-on experience with HPLC, UV-VIS, and Dissolution testing
• Knowledge of stability study design and interpretation
• Experience in method development and technology transfer
• Good documentation and regulatory compliance understanding
• Awareness of advancements in analytical instrumentation
