Sr Consultant -Medical Research

Roles & Responsibilities
• Lead and contribute to Medical Research and Medical R&D initiatives across chronic disease areas including Oncology, Diabetes, COPD, Heart Disease, and Mental Health
• Drive research-oriented medical practice aligned with AI Health, medical data research, and digital health innovation
• Collaborate with hospitals, clinics, and research institutions for clinical research and data generation
• Contribute to development of AI-driven medical data, research datasets, and AI medical products
• Support design, validation, and implementation of evidence-based digital health solutions
• Work in a hands-on, multi-hat leadership role within a fast-paced health-tech startup environment
• Participate in medical strategy, innovation planning, and cross-functional collaboration with technology and business teams
• Provide medical expertise for chronic disease prevention, early detection, treatment, and disease management solutions
• Ensure scientific integrity, data quality, and compliance with ethical medical research standards
• Act as a senior medical leader contributing to organizational growth, innovation, and global expansion

Qualification
• MBBS from a reputed Medical Research University (mandatory)
• DNB / MD / MS / MCh preferred
• Specialization in Medical Oncology / Oncology Research / Onco Surgery preferred

Experience
• 5 to 25 years of experience in Oncology, Diabetes, COPD, Heart Disease, Mental Health, or Internal Medicine
• Experience in medical research universities, specialty hospitals, or health-tech startups preferred
• Exposure to medical research data, AI health platforms, or digital health innovation is an advantage

• Strong research-oriented medical and clinical expertise
