Sr. Consultant Dentist & Cosmetologist

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Perform dental diagnosis, restorations, RCTs, extractions, and crown & bridge procedures
• Handle routine OPD cases and dental emergencies
• Maintain sterilization standards and clinic safety protocols
• Provide treatment counseling, post-care instructions, and follow-ups
• Perform aesthetic procedures including HydraFacial, chemical peels, PRP/GFC, laser hair removal, acne/pigmentation care, and anti-aging treatments
• Customize treatment sessions based on patient needs and track progress with proper documentation
• Ensure a smooth patient experience and educate patients about procedures
• Coordinate with front desk and tele-calling teams to support patient conversions
• Maintain consent forms, treatment records, and case reviews

QUALIFICATION:
• BDS / MDS with Aesthetic Certification
• Certification in Aesthetic Medicine (Preferred / Mandatory)

EXPERIENCE:
• 0–5 years of experience (Freshers with training may be considered)
• Minimum 1 year of dental and cosmetology experience preferred

SKILLS:
• Expertise in RCT and cosmetic dentistry
• Knowledge of dermal and aesthetic procedures
• Strong diagnostic and clinical skills
• Excellent patient communication and counseling abilities
• Ethical and patient-centric approach
