Roles & Responsibilities:
• Support athlete development through evidence-based practice and data-driven insights
• Assist in the design and delivery of strength & conditioning programs, physiological assessments, and biomechanical analyses
• Conduct performance analysis and monitor progress using relevant tools and technologies
• Collaborate with coaches, therapists, and other performance professionals to optimize training and recovery
• Contribute to research and applied projects aimed at enhancing athletic performance
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation of athlete data and training outcomes
• Engage in continuous learning and apply the latest sports science methodologies
Qualifications:
• Applicants should hold or be pursuing a degree in Sports Science, Strength & Conditioning, Exercise Physiology, Biomechanics, Performance Analysis, or related disciplines
• For Strength & Conditioning Coach role: relevant professional accreditation (UKSCA, NSCA, ASCA, or working towards) is desirable
• Intern roles: strong academic foundation, interest in applied sport, and basic experience with relevant technologies or analysis tools
Experience:
• Fresh graduates or candidates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply
Key Skills:
• Knowledge of applied sports science, exercise physiology, biomechanics, or performance analysis
• Data analysis and interpretation skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a high-performance, multidisciplinary environment
