Roles & Responsibilities
• Assess and treat patients with spine-related conditions and pathologies
• Perform detailed spinal evaluation and functional assessment
• Design and implement individualized spine rehabilitation programs
• Manage acute and chronic neck, back, and spine disorders
• Deliver postoperative spine rehabilitation care
• Use advanced spine physiotherapy techniques and protocols
• Operate and assist with robotic spinal decompression therapy
• Utilize advanced modalities including LASER and Shock Wave therapy
• Guide patients through corrective exercises and posture training
• Educate patients on spine care, ergonomics, and injury prevention
• Monitor treatment progress and modify therapy plans as required
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT)
• Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy (MPT) – preferred
• Recognised physiotherapy qualification in India
Experience
• Proven experience in spine physiotherapy techniques
• Experience managing spine pathologies and rehabilitation cases
• Exposure to postoperative spine rehabilitation – preferred
• Experience in orthopaedic and sports physiotherapy settings
Skills
• Expertise in spine assessment and rehabilitation
• Knowledge of spinal mobilisation and stabilisation techniques
• Exercise therapy and posture correction expertise
• Familiarity with robotic spinal decompression systems
• Strong clinical reasoning and diagnostic skills
• Patient communication and counselling skills
• Documentation and reporting skills
• Professional and ethical clinical practice
