Required Qualifications
Educational Requirements:
Bachelorβs degree in health sciences, pharmacy, business, or a related field preferred.
Candidates without a bachelorβs degree may qualify with equivalent industry experience and a high school diploma or GED
Experience and Skills:
Minimum of five years of professional experience with at least three years in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences industry preferred
Proven track record of success in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales
Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals
Knowledge of disease states, clinical information, and pharmaceutical products
Strong strategic thinking and business acumen
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and matrix environment
