Specialist Radiologist

Role & Responsibilities
• Interpret and report musculoskeletal and orthopedic imaging studies
• Perform and review MRI, CT, Ultrasound, X-ray, and interventional radiology procedures
• Support orthopedic and sports medicine teams with accurate diagnostic inputs
• Lead radiology operations, manage workflow, and maintain departmental standards
• Ensure compliance with DOH, JCI, and international quality and safety protocols
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including orthopedic surgeons and physiotherapists
• Participate in academic activities, clinical research, and continuous professional development
• Maintain accurate imaging documentation and reporting standards

Qualification
• Medical Degree (MBBS / MD)
• Specialisation in Radiology (MD / DNB / FRCR or equivalent)
• Valid DOH / DHA / MOH license or eligibility to practice in the UAE

Experience
• 5 to 10 years of radiology experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in musculoskeletal or orthopedic radiology
• Prior leadership or departmental management experience preferred
• Experience working in UAE healthcare settings preferred

Skills
• Strong expertise in musculoskeletal and orthopedic radiology
• Proficiency in MRI, CT, Ultrasound, X-ray, and interventional radiology
• Leadership and workflow management skills
• Knowledge of international healthcare regulations and accreditation standards
• Effective communication and multidisciplinary collaboration
