About the Role

Role & Responsibilities
• Provide safe and effective anaesthesia care to patients undergoing surgical and diagnostic procedures
• Assess patients pre-operatively and develop appropriate anaesthesia plans
• Administer general, regional, and local anaesthesia as required
• Monitor patients intra-operatively and manage post-anaesthesia recovery
• Diagnose and manage anaesthesia-related complications
• Prescribe medications and provide pain management as per clinical guidelines
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and multidisciplinary care teams
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow hospital policies

Qualification
• MBBS from a recognised medical institution
• Specialisation in Anaesthesiology
• Relevant medical licensure as per UAE regulatory requirements

Experience
• 1 to 7 years of experience as a Specialist Physician – Anesthesia
• Experience in hospital or tertiary care settings preferred

Skills
• Strong clinical and decision-making skills in anaesthesiology
• Patient assessment and perioperative care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary clinical teams
