Role & Responsibilities
• Provide specialised medical care in assigned specialty
• Diagnose and manage complex clinical cases
• Supervise junior doctors and residents
• Participate in emergency and specialty-specific procedures
• Maintain high standards of clinical documentation
• Ensure compliance with ESIC policies and patient safety protocols
• Contribute to teaching, training, and clinical governance activities

Qualification
• MBBS
• Post-graduate degree (MD/MS/DNB) or Diploma in relevant specialty

Experience
• Relevant specialist-level clinical experience as per ESIC guidelines
• Experience in government or tertiary-care hospitals preferred

Age Limit
• Minimum: 21 years
• Maximum: 45 years
• Age relaxation as per government norms
