Specialist Internal Medicine

Role & Responsibilities
• Review patient medical histories, conduct physical examinations, and order diagnostic investigations.
• Diagnose and manage diseases affecting internal organs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and prescribe medications.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as required.
• Counsel patients on disease prevention, lifestyle modification, and self-care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams for coordinated patient care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to ethical and regulatory standards.
• Support teaching and supervision of medical students, interns, and residents.

Qualifications
• Medical degree with specialization in Internal Medicine from a recognized institution.
• Valid medical license as per UAE regulations.

Experience
• 0–3 years of experience as a Specialist in Internal Medicine.

Skills
• Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills.
• Excellent patient communication and counselling abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
