Spa Therapist

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide excellent and consistent spa services to guests and members
• Perform professional massage therapies and body treatments
• Deliver aesthetic services including facials, manicures, pedicures, and waxing
• Ensure a high standard of hygiene, safety, and professionalism at all times
• Offer personalized attention to guest needs and preferences
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of spa techniques and industry trends
• Ensure guest comfort, satisfaction, and relaxation throughout the service
• Follow Hyatt service standards and operational procedures
• Maintain cleanliness of treatment rooms and spa equipment

QUALIFICATION:
• Holder of an international certification in Physical Therapy or Spa Treatments

EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum 2 years of work experience as a Spa Therapist

SKILLS:
• Strong expertise in massage therapy and aesthetic treatments
• Excellent guest service and communication skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work calmly and efficiently in a luxury hospitality environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to service excellence
