Skin Cancer Doctor

Roles & Responsibilities
• Provide skin cancer consultations, assessment, and management in a private billing clinic setting
• Perform dermoscopy-based skin examinations and early detection assessments
• Conduct skin cancer procedures and treatment as per clinical competency and scope
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation using PracSoft/Medical Director software
• Collaborate with the on-site medical team and support staff to ensure efficient patient care
• Utilise advanced diagnostic tools including the Heine Cube Photo System for precise assessments
• Support ongoing patient follow-up and continuity of care within the clinic’s established patient base

Qualification
• Vocational Registration (FRACGP or equivalent)

Experience
• Experience in dermoscopy and skin cancer procedures

Skills
• Strong dermoscopy and clinical decision-making skills in skin cancer detection and treatment
• Procedural competency in skin cancer-related procedures
• Clear communication and patient counselling skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a supportive team environment
• Proficiency with clinical software and maintaining accurate records
